Pastors Chris and Melica are the founders of the church, established in May 2025. Having become members of their parent ministry, Melchizedek Church of God in Lagos, Nigeria, in 2022, they have been spiritually nurtured under the guidance of Bishop Eugene Godman, whom they honour as their Father in the Lord. Pastor Chris serves as a primary school teacher and began his pastoral ministry in November 2025. His wife, a pastor and prophetess since November 2025, is a part-time university law lecturer and the founder of Eden Nest Property Management Ltd. Together, they also serve as creative directors of Jonathan and Milly: Pilgrims of Light, a Christian animated series dedicated to sharing the Gospel through storytelling.
